About Us:
Shiffra and I have been showing and breeding Weimaraners for about twelve years. Our dogs are our family. They are raised in our living room and sleep on our bed. We breed very seldom, sometimes 3 or 4 years in between litters. Remy, CH Tophat's Dorian Gray BROM, was our first show dog and our foundation stud. He was top ten in the country in 1991, 92 and 93 and has twenty-five champions in the US and Australia & several Best in Show pups in Australia. By combining the strong Valmar, Nani's, Tophat,and Smokey City bloodlines, Silverado Weimaraners have had great success in the show ring and have provided priceless companionship to many wonderful families. Because we breed so seldom, we are extremely selective in our screening process. We want to be involved in all aspects of helping the new family with their Weimaraner puppy & provide support for their entire life. We consider our Weimaraner puppy owners to be our extended family, our Silverado Family.

Remy, CH Top Hat's Dorian Gray BROM, was the Weimaraner Club of America #6 Show Dog in 1991 & the #8 Show Dog in 1993. Remy's exciting show career includes 88 breed wins & 14 Group placements. Remy has sired 34 U.S. champions & many champions in Australia & New  Zealand, being one of the first dogs used in Australia when shipping frozen semen became legal in 1992. Several of his progeny in Australia & New Zealand are Best in Show winners, some are multiple BIS winners.

Vanity, AM & Int'l CH Silverado Prima Donna. Vanity winning the Sporting group at the prestigious Del Monte Kennel Club at Pebble Beach, CA. Vanity was awarded Best Veteran Bitch at the Weimaraner Club of America National Specialty in 2004 at ten years old! 

Tonopah, CH Silverado Kamikaze CGC. Tony finished his championship in 11 shows with three majors. He has garnered over 40 breed wins & several Sporting Group placements. Tonopah was a Weimaraner Club of America Top Ten Dog in 2004 & is a true versatile field dog.

Jessee, CH Silverado Dixie Chick, CGC. Jessee finished her championship with 3 majors, including a prestigious 5 point major at the Santa Maria Kennel Club show. Jessee's puppies with AM & Canadian CH Silverseas Northern Lights, are due April 21, 2005.

Trinitee, CH Silverado Destinee's Child NSD, CGC Trinitee is a multi-talented girl, training in agility and in the field. A perfect blend of balance, beauty & brains.
